Slips, trips and falls in the workplace are extremely common
Your employer has a duty to minimise the risk of such incidents by, for example, ensuring that walkways are kept free from obstacles / items which are likely to cause someone to trip, slip or fall. When floors are wet because, for example, they have been cleaned, then the duty requires there to be adequate warning signs present.
If you have been injured following a slip, trip or fall in the workplace, please contact our solicitors or fill in our accident claim online form for further advice as to whether you can make a claim for compensation.
